At Divinity Clergy Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy to ensure you can shop with confidence.
Return Period
You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return Policy
All returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with all original tags still attached.
We do not offer cash or credit card refunds. All approved returns will be issued as store credit only.
Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase at Divinity Clergy Wear.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Custom or made-to-order garments
Worn, washed, or altered items
Items returned without original tags or packaging
Clearance or final sale items
How to Make a Return
Email or call our customer service team atHelp@DivinityClergyWear.com or 609-532-8746 to request a return authorization.
Once approved, ship your item(s) back to our warehouse address provided in the return instructions.
Upon inspection and approval, your store credit will be issued within 1-2 business days.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or style, we recommend returning the item for store credit and placing a new order using that credit.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective item.
