Returns & Exchanges

At Divinity Clergy Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy to ensure you can shop with confidence.

Return Period
You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Policy

  • All returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with all original tags still attached.

  • We do not offer cash or credit card refunds. All approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

  • Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase at Divinity Clergy Wear.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or made-to-order garments

  • Worn, washed, or altered items

  • Items returned without original tags or packaging

  • Clearance or final sale items

How to Make a Return

  1. Email or call our customer service team atHelp@DivinityClergyWear.com or 609-532-8746 to request a return authorization.

  2. Once approved, ship your item(s) back to our warehouse address provided in the return instructions.

  3. Upon inspection and approval, your store credit will be issued within 1-2 business days.

Exchanges
If you need a different size or style, we recommend returning the item for store credit and placing a new order using that credit.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective item.
